1. Private service

Hermes AI Agent is a privately operated automation service. It is not offered for public registration, resale, or general commercial use. Access is limited to accounts and workflows explicitly authorized by the operator.

2. Authorized use

The application may be used only for lawful, operator-approved purposes. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, misuse connected accounts, bypass security controls, or use the service to distribute unlawful or abusive content.

3. Account authorization

A Google account is connected only through Google’s OAuth consent process. The account holder is responsible for reviewing the requested permissions and may revoke access through Google Account security settings at any time.

4. Availability and changes

The service is provided for private operational convenience and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice. Automated output should be reviewed when accuracy or timely delivery is important.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
